3H Building Hardware: A Journey Through Glorious Years Together
Origins & Positioning
3HBuilding Hardware traces its roots back to Nanhai Dali Hehe Plastic Factory, founded in 1981. Initially focused on plastic products, the company keenly identified the growing demand for door and window hardware components amid China’s post-reform construction boom. It gradually pivoted to specialize in manufacturing building hardware, particularly door and window accessories.

Growth (1990–2010)
Technology-Driven Diversification
Regional Agency Network
Adopting a regional agency model in the early 2000s, 3H expanded its sales channels through geographic segmentation. This strategy enabled refined market management, efficient resource integration, and low-risk market penetration via strategic alliances with partners.

Technological Upgrading & Product Expansion
Mechanical equipment replaced manual production, leading to core product lines like aluminum alloy door/window hardware and PVC window accessories. Post-2000, responding to energy-efficient building trends, 3Hdeveloped fire-resistant hardware systems—such as folding fire monitoring devices—addressing short lifespans and complex installation in traditional products.
Industry-Academia Innovation
Collaborating with universities like Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology and South China University of Technology, 3H established provincial R&D centers and CNAS-accredited labs to advance material processing technologies.

Green Manufacturing Practices
Supporting China’s "dual carbon" goals, 3H enhanced product durability and fire resistance while reducing pollution. It co-developed national industry standards (e.g., General Technical Requirements for Wooden Doors/Windows) to promote eco-compliance.
Strategic Partnerships & Iconic Projects
Serving top developers like Poly and China Resources, 3H contributed to national landmarks: Beijing Daxing Airport, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and National Speed Skating Oval. Achieving double-digit growth in 2023, its products now cover emerging sectors like building facade safety and urban utility tunnels.
