3H New Factory Phase II: Beam Raising & Topping Out Ceremonies Held Successfully!  

In June, marked a pivotal milestone for 3H New Factory (also known as 3H Smart Factory) Phase II construction: the Beam Raising Ceremony for Plant I and the Topping Out Ceremony for Dormitory Building A were triumphantly held under clear blue skies. Senior leaders of 3H Group, project team members, and partners from construction and supervision units gathered at the site to celebrate this significant moment. 

Ceremony Highlights  

I. Traditional Blessing Ritual  

The event began with representatives conducting a deity worship ritual burning incense and offering wine to pray for the project’s smooth completion, safety, and prosperity for 3H Group’s future. 

2. Beam Raising for Plant I  

Amid fireworks and cheers, a red silk ribbon was ceremonially tied to the main beam at an auspicious hour. This tradition symbolizes the structural completion of the plant and signifies a critical leap in 3H Group’s production capacity expansion.

3. Topping Out for Dormitory A  

Twelve guests wielded golden shovels to pour the final concrete slab, marking the dormitory’s structural completion. Firecrackers echoed as banners reading "Golden Topping Out" adorned the building, blending solemnity with jubilation. 

4. Roast Pig Feast  

The ceremony concluded with a roast pig cutting ritual, symbolizing "prosperity from start to finish" and embodying hopes for thriving future endeavors.
