Qingdao Citizens' Health Center

Qingdao Citizens' Health Center is located in the Qingdao Hongdao Economic Zone and is the medical center of northern Qingdao, with a planned construction area of 143,111 ㎡. The project takes a general hospital as its core and integrates multiple medical institutions, achieving multi-dimensional resource sharing in transportation, energy, socialized services, large medical equipment, logistics systems and more, creating an integrated large-scale medical complex.

As high-frequency public spaces, medical buildings have extremely high requirements for the ventilation performance, safety and stability, and durability of door and window systems. In response to the special needs of hospital buildings, 3H Building Hardware customized a door and window hardware solution for the project centered on a curtain wall operable sash top-hung window hardware system, balancing ventilation, safety and durability and adapting to the medical use environment. The entire system is applied to the curtain wall operable sash top-hung windows of the project, covering exterior windows in areas such as hospital wards and public corridors, meeting multiple usage needs of medical spaces.

HHKM Series Top-Hung Window Friction Stay

A groove-free top-hung window friction stay made of 304 stainless steel, with clamp-type quick installation requiring no profile milling, protecting profile sealing and structure; maximum load capacity of 80 kg, opening angle of 35°, achieving efficient air exchange through a controllable small opening angle, perfectly matching the hospital's core needs of balancing safety and ventilation.

DG Series Square Groove Limiter Stay

Made of 304 stainless steel and used together with the top-hung window friction stay, it provides mechanical limiting of the sash opening angle, maintaining sash structural stability under wind pressure and negative pressure conditions, preventing sash safety risks, and at the same time avoiding excessive sash opening, safeguarding the safety of patients and medical staff in the hospital.

CZH30 Fork Handle + Multi-Point Lock Transmission Locking

The fork handle is paired with a multi-point lock transmission locking system, with locking points locking synchronously and evenly distributed force, achieving firm and reliable locking of the entire window and ensuring the air tightness and water tightness of the entire window; the handle is simple and light to operate, with smooth opening and closing feel, adapting to the high-frequency repeated opening conditions of hospitals, making daily operation and maintenance worry-free and reliable.
