The "Exploration 116 Series Outward-Opening Window System" won the "Annual Most Promising Innovative Product/Innovative Solution" award.
A long-standing pain point in the industry is that profiles, hardware and weather strips belong to different suppliers, with inconsistent standards, accumulated tolerances and buck-passing after-sales service, making it difficult to stably guarantee end-product quality. The core breakthrough of the Exploration 116 Series Outward-Opening Window System lies in the collaborative self-development of three major systems and the integrated definition of interface standards, eliminating adaptation blind spots from the source and achieving a qualitative leap in the stability and consistency of the entire window.

The Exploration 116 Series Outward-Opening Window System precisely responds to the differentiated needs of the two core markets of the Greater Bay Area and the Yangtze River Delta. The system comes standard with laminated insulating glass, with an optional double-laminated insulating glass solution, calmly coping with multiple climate challenges such as the humid and hot south, coastal typhoons and northern temperature differences.
In response to the requirements for thermal barrier strip specifications and glass configurations in different regions, the hinge adopts a reinforced structural design and integrates three core functions: anti-drop and fall resistance, adjustable corner drop prevention, and sealing adjustment. It achieves a maximum load capacity of 110 kg and 50,000 repeated opening and closing cycles.
It adopts a hidden handle design and can be equipped with multiple locking points to achieve multi-point locking, meeting the safety needs of window sashes of different specifications. It withstands 30,000 repeated opening and closing cycles under load, with tensile performance >600 N and anti-damage performance >25 N·m.
The system nodes reserve multiple installation positions for sound-insulation auxiliary materials. Equipped with high-performance super-blocking material - aerogel foamed weather strips independently developed by Meirun New Materials, a subsidiary of 3H Group, and combined with the insulating double-laminated glass configuration, it easily achieves sound insulation performance of more than 39 decibels, fully meeting the new mandatory standard requirements of "GB55038-2025 Residential Project Code."
