On September 15 and 16, the 2026 Good Housing · Prefabricated and Intelligent Building Development Conference and the First Guangdong New Building Materials Industry Alliance Science and Technology Exchange Conference and the Third Guangdong Building Materials Science and Technology and Industry Development Conference were successively held at the Guangzhou Zhujiang Hotel Conference Center.

At the meeting, a ceremony was held to present letters of appointment to Good Housing experts, as well as a ceremony for releasing branch member achievements and issuing certificates.

The Building Materials Science and Technology and Industry Development Conference held on September 16, themed "Innovation-Driven, Green-Led, AI-Empowered — Building a New Development Pattern for Guangdong's New Building Materials Industry," gathered nearly 500 representatives from across the entire industrial chain. At the conference, 3H Building Hardware officially became a member unit of the Guangdong New Building Materials Industry Alliance and was presented with a membership certificate on site.
The alliance is led and established by the Guangdong Building Materials Industry Association, bringing together upstream and downstream enterprises, research institutions, testing units, and engineering construction units in the province's new building materials sector. It is a provincial collaborative platform for advancing the upgrade of Guangdong's building materials industry toward high-end, green, and intelligent development. After joining the alliance, 3H Building Hardware will deeply participate in work such as technological breakthroughs, joint standard development, supply-demand matching, and brand cultivation.
