LTS-17A detachable roller adopts a detachable design concept, and the roller can be easily divided into three parts: the outer bracket, the pulley bracket, and the fastening component.
With 120KG bearing capacity,this roller is tested repeatedly opening and closing reach100,000 cycles without damage.And it’s still sliding smoothly,steady and quietly.
When replacing the door and window roller, there is no need to disassemble it as a whole, just replace the new pulley, which can effectively prevent secondary damage to the door and window during the disassembly and assembly process.
How to Install the Roller?
a).The connection of the roller and the sash is different due to the difference of the roller and profile.
Decide the way of the installation first,then use the screw or bolt accordingly.
b).The roller and the bottom of the sash must be firmly connected.
