Product Description
1. Maximum load bearing is 60 kg/pair.
2. Many options for nylon roller,please give clean indication of parameter of the rail shape and angle when place the order.
3.Door rollers work well after 100,000 cycles tested with its biggest capacity.Window rollers work well after tests of 25,000 cycles tested with its biggest capacity.
How to Select the Roller?
The selection is based on the weight of sash,the hardware space of the profile and the load bearing of the roller:
a).window/door sash weight=(glass weight+sash profile weight)*1.3(safety index);
b).the shape and dimension of the roller must accord with the shape of the bottom slide rail;
c).select the suitable roller according to point a) and b).
Note:the load bearing of the roller is one pair.
The installation of the roller
The connection of the roller and the sash is different due to the difference of the roller and profile.
Decide the way of thee installation first,then use screw or bolt accordingly.
2.The roller and the bottom of the sash must be firmly connected.
